New Years Resolutions

It is 2013 and we are in the start of the New Year and with the New Year comes Resolutions!

Now I have been talking with my clients, all 15 of them, and I have tried to get a sense of if they are ready to work as hard as they need to, to reach those resolutions that they have set.   Now, in-order to hit a goal you first have to create the goal or resolution for the new year right?  Well for all intensive purposes I am going to assume you have made those already and most likely one of those should be get into better shape or better health, am I right?

If one of those is not to get into better shape or plan to live a healthier life well it better be, because we only have one life and you don’t want to waste any time.  I mean you only have one life why sit around and hope and wish that you had a better body, when really you should just get up and do something about it.  Reach out to your nearest trainer friend or Beachbody coach and ask what they can do to help.

Now if you are working with Pelzfit you will know that you have to do 5 simple things to get fit once and for all in 2013!   But before I tell you these things ask yourself what happened last year on January, 1st 2012?  Ask yourself what resolutions did you make and how did they stick them or did you.   I am determined to make mine stick for 2013 and I need you all to keep me accountable to that.  If you read this and you find me doing the 3 things below you have the permission to slap me silly.  Like a “How I Met Your Mother” slapgivings slap silly.    This is one way to stay accountable to your resolution, peer support.

The 4 things I will be doing in the year 2013 are, well actually before that did you see how I started of my new year, maybe you saw it on CBS news or Channel 7 news.   If you don’t know what I am talking about see who I joined below and what I did.

  1. NO sweets during the week!
  2. Fully Committed: If I say I am going to do something then I do it!
  3. NO coffee all year!
  4. Get in BETTER shape!

This is going to be the year that my life completely changes!   Now are you ready for that kind of change.  I know what you are thinking, like what can I change in my life!  ANYTHING!   I mean that.  Everyone thinks that there life is great and you are probably right but are you trying to tell me that it can’t be better!  It always can be.  This is not supposed to get you down and out, this is supposed to invigorate you to get and and change something.   There are 5 things that you can do to stick to your resolutions this year!   Five simple things!

  • Eat Healthy
  • Move
  • Be Kind
  • De-stress

What do you say do I need to spell these out for you?  Should I try and explain what each of these means for you?  I didn’t think so!   I can help you with all of these things!  All you have to do is reach out to me!  Write down what your goals are stick with them.  Share them below and you will see you can go back to them everyday if need be.  You will see that if you go back and rewrite them or say them aloud that they stick even better!
